Therefore, you have to submit an official letter to the Commission Board expressing your desire to observe the elections, attached with the list of the names and passport numbers of the observers so that we can facilitate entry and visa procedures.
Note: the completion of the accreditation procedures and receipt of cards are carried out in the General Administration of the HNEC through the External Operations Section.
