In the presence of HNEC Board Member, Mrs Rabab Halab, HNEC’s Women Support Unit, on Wednesday, February 19th, 2020, concluded a two-day training program in Tripoli for the first group of Libyan women that were targeted by the Electoral Awareness Ambassadors program, adopted by HNEC, which aims on enhancing women’s participation in the electoral process.
