The High National Elections Commission welcomes cooperation with its partners from various media outlets, in order to enhance the principle of transparency and provide all information related to the electoral process; therefore, it calls upon representatives of the international media, who would like to communicate or conduct media interviews with officials of the HNEC, to provide the following

An official letter stating their affiliation with any of the media organizations, certified by the Embassy of the country to which the journalist or media organization belongs, or the Libyan Embassy in the country in which the media outlet is located, or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country in which the media outlet is located.

This is in accordance with the regulatory procedures followed by the Commission, which are based on regulations and legislation of the international media.
